Terms of Use

These terms cover the software made by Fatih Yılmaz – Fame Sosyal Medya ("we"), including Switchat, and the famesocialmedia.com website. By downloading or using the software you agree to them.

1. License

We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for personal or business purposes. All intellectual property in the software belongs to us. You may not copy or redistribute it, reverse engineer it, or try to get around its license checks.

2. Free and Premium

• Free: free forever; up to 2 WhatsApp accounts, with a 15-second promo break once per hour of use.
• Premium: unlimited accounts with no promo breaks. One Premium license can be active on up to 2 computers at a time; when you change computers you can remove the old one from inside the app.

3. Premium licenses and payment

• Premium is sold as a fixed-term license: a 1-month license for US$4.99 or a 1-year license for US$39.99. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT; 20% VAT is added at checkout, so the totals are US$5.99 and US$47.99. If payment is taken in Turkish lira, the amount is converted at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) US dollar selling rate at the time of the order and shown on the checkout page before you pay.
• Premium is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Each purchase is a one-off card payment on PayTR's secure payment page; your card details never reach us and we don't store them.
• Right after payment, your license key is shown on the payment result page and emailed to you. You activate it in the app under Settings > License.
• The license period starts when you buy. When it ends, Premium ends and the app returns to the free version unless you buy again.

4. Third-party services

Switchat is an independent app that displays WhatsApp's web version. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC; Switchat is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. You are responsible for following the WhatsApp Terms of Service when using your account. Switchat does not send bulk or automated messages and may not be used for that. Changes WhatsApp makes to its own service may temporarily affect Switchat; when that happens we release an update as soon as we can.

5. Limitation of liability

The software is provided "as is". We can't promise it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability for direct damages is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

6. Termination

We may cancel a license after a serious breach of these terms, such as sharing or reselling a license key or bypassing the license system.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. If you are a consumer in another country, you also keep the protections of the law of your country of residence.
